Cyberlogic Celebrates Women in Tech as Proud Sponsor of the Annual Woman of Stature Awards

Cyberlogic is honoured to have been a key sponsor of the Annual Woman of Stature Awards South Africa, particularly supporting the Excellence in Tech Award category. As the awards celebrated a decade of exceptional female leaders in 2025, we reflect on the impactful contributions these awards have made in empowering women across South Africa, with a special focus on the underrepresented yet crucial technology field. 

Since its establishment in 2013, the Woman of Stature Awards (WOSA) has provided a transformative platform for women across various industries, recognising their remarkable achievements and contributions. This year’s 10th anniversary marked a significant milestone, not only in celebrating the accomplishments of women in South Africa but also as part of a global movement that began in 2022 with the awards’ inaugural international ceremony in Dubai. As the awards expand their reach globally, the recognition has grown to offer women more opportunities to elevate their personal and professional profiles. 

We were especially proud to see Nomfundo Mthethwa Msombuka, CEO and founder at Pontique (Pty) Ltd, receive the Excellence in Tech Award, recognising her outstanding work and leadership within the tech industry. Her contributions serve as a powerful reminder of the important role women play in shaping the future of technology and innovation.  

As part of the programme, Cyberlogic’s involvement went beyond sponsorship. Cyberlogic’s Client Success Principal, Francois Kriel, was invited by WOSA to adjudicate the Science and Technology category of the awards. His role was instrumental in ensuring that the nominees were selected through a transparent and fair process, highlighting outstanding women paving the way for the next generation of female technology leaders. 

The Woman of Stature Awards are widely respected for their integrity and fairness, with a rigorous nomination and adjudication process. This values-driven approach has established WOSA as a trusted benchmark for women’s empowerment and excellence. 

As sponsors of the Excellence in Tech Award, we were privileged to celebrate the women who are not only achieving remarkable things in their careers but also inspiring others to pursue their own potential. 

The Woman of Stature Awards are more than just a recognition of individual accomplishments; they are a celebration of the collective progress toward gender equality in the workplace.
